What are the items included with the Thank you card?

We appreciate your purchase and to thank you for your loyalty we have included a few small gifts – a Lighthouse Sports sticker for your water bottle or laptop and a customized silicone overgrip for your paddle. Enjoy!

Can I have my pieces personalized? How long does it take?

We are thrilled to offer custom embroidery of your initials or club logo. Check out the style and color options on the Personalized Item page.

Personalization takes between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the time of year and how busy the embroiderer is. Please note, Personalized items are FINAL SALE,

How do I care for my Lighthouse Sports bags?

Spot clean any area that shows dirt with dish soap or another gentle soap and water, rinse and allow bag to dry.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order is submitted, our system does not allow changes or cancellation. If the product has not left the warehouse, contact support@lighthousespts.com and we will do our best to help.

What is the return policy?

We hope you love you Lighthouse Sports purchase, but if not, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How do I return a product?

To start a return, contact us at support@lighthousespts.com. Please include your full name and order number. You will receive a response within 2 business days.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I received a damaged item or received the wrong item—What should I do?

Email us at support@lighthousespts.com and we will make the situation right.

Can I exchange my bag?

We request that you return your bag and place a new order for the item you would like to exchange.

What shipping options are available?

We use USPS and UPS for shipping. The website selects the least expensive method, but you can choose expedited shipping.

When will my order ship?

Our goal is to get every order out of the warehouse and on its way to you in 1-2 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our accepted payment methods are:

Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Pay Pal and Amazon Pay

Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.

Do you offer gift cards?

You can purchase a digital gift card by going to the Shop tab and viewing All Products.
